Southeastern Industrial Contracting has built a strong team of highly skilled tradesmen across both divisions, led by a talented group of managers with extensive experience in the trades. I founded this company in the spring of 1992 with a focus on providing electrical contracting services to Industrial and Manufacturing-based businesses. After several years, we expanded by adding a Mechanical division, enabling us to deliver turn-key projects for our customers. This addition not only simplified the process for our clients, who now had the convenience of working with a single contractor, but also enhanced our ability to manage scheduling, job tracking, and quality control more effectively.
Cary McCoy
With 28 years of experience in industrial contracting, including the last 15 years at Southeastern Industrial Contracting, I have gained extensive expertise in the field. Having worked in a variety of roles throughout my career, I have developed a comprehensive understanding of every aspect of a project, whether large or small, ensuring that no detail is ever overlooked. Southeastern Industrial Contracting is dedicated to delivering quality workmanship and effective leadership at every stage of a project. The company consistently goes the extra mile to ensure jobs are completed on time and within budget.
Ted Duvalll
I bring more than 29 years of hands-on experience in the construction industry, with a strong background in electrical systems and project management. For the past 18 years, I served as the Electrical Superintendent at Southeastern Industrial Contracting, and I now have the privilege of leading the company as its owner. Throughout my career, I’ve worked hard to build and maintain lasting relationships with clients, always grounded in trust, accountability, and performance. My leadership is focused on driving the company’s mission of delivering high-quality workmanship with a strong emphasis on safety, efficiency, and completing projects on time. Under my direction, Southeastern Industrial Contracting remains committed to its core values while consistently exceeding client expectations at every phase of construction.
